Ontario Dementia Networks strive to improve the system
of care for people with dementia, their families and caregivers, including
service delivery, education, research and planning.
A community group of the Alzheimer Knowledge Exchange
(AKE), the
Ontario Dementia Networks are a vital link in the knowledge exchange process
that moves information into practice. Dementia Networks help Ontarians find
resources, create accessible, local learning opportunities and advocate for
persons with dementia and their caregivers.
